Burnt Ends is often hailed as Singapore’s landmark barbecue spot. With Chef-Owner Dave Pynt at the helm since 2013, the restaurant serves modern Australian barbecue from its open-concept kitchen, where nearly every dish is flame-kissed with woodfire, either directly from the grill or from the restaurant’s custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven.

For one night only, celebrate the festive season with a specially-curated menu featuring well-loved classics such as Grissini and Taramasalata, Steak Frites and W.A Marron with White Truffle Beurre Blanc, alongside holiday specials such as Chrissy Ham, Pumpkin Pie and Turducken and Trimmings, exclusively for OCBC Voyage cardholders.

Burnt Ends proudly holds a 1-Michelin Star, and is currently ranked #35 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list and #93 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list.

Chef Dave is the Chef-Owner of Burnt Ends Hospitality Group that manages Burnt Ends and Meatsmith. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Chef Dave studied commercial cooking at the TAFE West Coast Institute of Training before travelling overseas to cook alongside and learn from some of the world’s best cooks. His career includes time with culinary heavyweights such as Rene Redzepi (Noma, Denmark), Victor Arguinzoniz (Asador Etxebarri, Spain), Nuno Mendes (Viajante and The Loft Project, London), Tetsuya Wakuda (Tetsuya’s, Sydney; Waku Ghin, Singapore) and Fergus Henderson (St John and St John Bread and Wine, London).
