About Benoit en Bernard Dewitte
Chef Benoit’s career started in the kitchen of 1-Michelin Star La Bastide de Moustiers, a restaurant by Alain Ducasse in the south of France. He then took off, working in 2-Michelin Star restaurants Chez Bru, Ousteau de Beaumaniere, Le Moulin de Lourmarin and Auberge de Capelounge before opening his own restaurant with his brother ‘Benoit & Bernard Dewitte’ near Ghent, Belgium.

About Lerouy
Originally from Alsace, France, Chef Christophe is the son of a renowned restaurateur who brings with him a myriad of food cultures and techniques from his culinary exploits around the world. He spent his formative years receiving a strong foundation in classical French techniques under the tutelage and apprenticeship of Michelin-starred chefs Christian Le Squer (Le Pavillon Ledoyen), Guy Martin (Le Grand Vefour), and Pourcel Brothers (Le Jardin des Sens). Thereafter, he worked in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Marrakech, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.
