The newly opened Plu, located at Goodwood Park Hotel, is the first branch of the celebrated Bib Gourmand restaurant (since 2018) in Bangkok. This popular restaurant is renowned for its authentic Thai cuisine where dishes highlight integrity, depth and a deep respect for tradition.

Named after the Wild Betel Leaf and Bangkok’s historic Suan Plu Alley where its story began, the restaurant carries forward a rich culinary legacy. Helmed by Chef Lynnette Sock Hui Payuda Tay, Plu’s menu journeys across Thailand’s regions, alongside rare Burmese influences. Signature highlights include Blue Crab with Betel Leaves Curry, Thai-Style Braised Pork Belly with Kai Paloh Five-Spice Eggs, and Fried Smoked Duck Breast with Chili and Garlic. With over 16 years of experience, Chef Lynette has built an elite career including roles at the 1-Michelin-starred Alma by Juan Amador and Curate, where she worked alongside globally acclaimed chefs. Her diverse expertise spans Thai, Italian, and Western cuisines, honed at prestigious establishments like The St. Regis Singapore and L’Opera Group Bangkok. Named Thailand Ultimate Chef of the Year 2014, she now leads the kitchen at PLU, presenting refined contemporary Thai flavours with precision and depth.
