Helmed by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin, the restaurant presents a thoughtfully curated 7-course menu that draws inspiration from the diverse flavours and cultures that have shaped the nation. Signature creations include Otak Chawanmushi, chilled Crab & Jellyfish, Challans Duck 2 ways, Beef Tongue to Tail and Chocolate Shitake.

Jiak Kim House is led by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin, whose bold and imaginative culinary vision brings together traditional flavours and ingredients from North, South and Southeast Asia with contemporary techniques. Affectionately known as Chef TQ, he has built an accomplished career defined by versatility and depth. With over a decade of experience, Chef TQ has also held prominent roles, including Executive Head Chef at Fullerton 1919 Waterboat House and was part of the culinary team at the highly acclaimed Les Amis and Le Saint Julien. In 2024, he became Culinary Director at The Brewerkz Company, overseeing nine outlets. At the heart of his work is a mission to transform dining into a communal celebration of culture, stories, and flavour.
