Hailing from Milan, Chef Roberto brings with him over two decades of culinary experience under his belt. A graduate from PFP Valtellina, a professional hotel training centre in Italy, Chef Roberto has honed his skills and culinary expertise having worked in numerous dining establishments internationally, including his role as Chef de Cuisine at AD Domus in Shanghai and Romano’s in JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, prior to advancing to helm the kitchens at Ritz-Carlton Budapest and Porterhouse in Hong Kong as Head Chef and Restaurant Executive Chef respectively. He later moved to Singapore in 2022 and assumed the role of Executive Chef of Michelin-starred restaurant, Rêve, where he led the team to retain its one Michelin star for the second year.
