Sushi Moka, translating to ‘Peach Blossom’ in Japanese, offers a discreet ‘Hidden Omakase’ encounter nestled behind Wisma Atria’s OCBC Premier Lifestyle Centre.
Sushi Moka is helmed by 2 pedigree Master Chefs. Master Chef Ueda Toshihiro’s delectable sushi creations reflect his 42 years of experience in Osaka, Tokyo and Singapore, and Master Chef Hayato Wada brings his extensive experience from famous Ginza Sushi-yas – Kyubey, Sushi Iwa and Sushi Tokami (Executive Head Chef) with the latter 2 being Michelin star rated.
Their signature menu features an assortment of fresh, premium seafood specially flown in daily from various coasts of Japan, perfectly complemented by Niigata sushi rice seasoned with a secret blend of unique rice vinegars.
