Chef Rawat Raghuveer is a culinary maestro with a wealth of experiences tucked beneath his apron. Embarking on his culinary journey in the vast seas of Europe and the Mediterranean, Chef Rawat honed his skills over five years, crafting delectable delights for the international palate onboard cruise ships.

A longstanding member of Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) culinary team, Chef Rawat started his culinary voyage at DHM with Spanish cuisine at Sabio By The Sea in 2016. In 2018, he moved to Forlino, contributing to the fine dining restaurant’s evolution from Italian to the current epitome of Riviera – Mediterranean fine dining. Serving as the trusted right-hand man to founder Olivier Bendel and executive chefs at Riviera, Chef Rawat’s prowess and palate sensitivity for Moroccan and Mediterranean flavours blossomed.

Taking the helm as the head chef of Tajine since its opening in 2023, Chef Rawat continues to captivate us with his extraordinary culinary creations, seamlessly blending space and flavours to bring the essence of the region to life.
