Experience the culinary mastery of Chef Thi Le as she presents a specially curated menu centred around fire, ferments and sticky rice.

Dietary Restrictions
As Laotian cuisine revolves heavily around fermented seafood products, Chef Thi Le is unable to cater to guests with onion, garlic, chilli, sugars, fruits and seafood allergies. 

A small number of dishes contain nuts and Chef Thi Le is unable to cater for vegetarians/vegans with nut allergies.
