About Piccolo Lago
Born into the business, Chef Marco Sacco inherited a passion for cuisine from his father, Gastone. Over the past two decades, Chef Marco and his family, along with a small team of close collaborators have transformed the cuisine of his Piccolo Lago, projecting it toward the pinnacle of European gastronomy.
In 2004 Piccolo Lago acquired its first Michelin star. In 2007, thanks to scrupulous research and continual evolution, the second star was awarded.
Chef Marco is a “gold prospector”—he’s a tireless traveler, a man for whom food is the key to understanding, knowing and loving the world and life itself.

Chef Daniele is the Chef/Owner & Managing Director of the I’WA Group which includes 2 concepts, Art di Daniele Sperindio and GEMMA.
Chef Daniele received his culinary training from some of the best chefs in the world, including Chef Grant Achatz of the renowned 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Alinea in Chicago and Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa of the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Narisawa in Tokyo.
He has received nominations for the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence throughout his time in Singapore, including “Rising Chef of the Year,” “Chef of the Year,” “Chefs’ Choice,” and “Corporate Chef of the Year.”

About Braci
Chef Matteo Ponti is the Chef de Cuisine of Braci, where he aims to elevate Italian cuisine through his own contemporary twist on traditional dishes.
Chef Matteo got his start under Chef Fabio Barbaglini’s Michelin-starred Caffè Groppi, and worked in various reputed Italian restaurants in Belarus, Malta and France, before arriving in Singapore in 2014.
After 9 years, Chef Matteo has come to his own after stints helming other Italian dining establishments in Singapore, including his last role as the Chef De Cuisine of 1 Michelin-starred restaurant 28 Wilkie.
